NestWell Travel & Live-In Care Booking
Terms & Conditions
By submitting a booking and payment for NestWell Travel & Live-In Care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings require an initial payment consisting of a 1-day care charge and a reservation deposit.
A caregiver is not considered confirmed or reserved until payment has been successfully received and acknowledged by NestWell.
NestWell reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if a suitable caregiver is not available. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit ($150–$250) is required to secure caregiver availability and block requested dates.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost of care
The deposit guarantees scheduling priority
The deposit ensures caregiver availability is reserved exclusively for the client’s booking request
3. Pricing Structure
Live-in travel care rates are based on booking duration:
1–5 day bookings: $425 per 24 hours
5–10 day bookings: $375 per 24 hours
Bookings exceeding 10 days require custom pricing and written agreement
All rates are subject to caregiver availability and final confirmation at booking.
4. Payment Structure
Booking payments are made to NestWell to secure caregiver placement and scheduling.
For live-in and 24-hour care services:
NestWell collects the booking fee and/or initial day payment
Remaining care payments are paid directly to the assigned caregiver once placement is confirmed
This structure ensures transparent and direct caregiver compensation.
5. Remaining Balance
After booking confirmation, the remaining balance is calculated based on:
Total number of booked care days
Applicable daily rate based on booking length
The remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of care unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund
After 24 hours, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable
If a caregiver has been confirmed and travel dates reserved, the 1-day charge may be non-refundable depending on timing and service impact
If NestWell is unable to provide a caregiver, a full refund will always be issued
7. Caregiver Availability & Matching
All bookings are subject to caregiver availability and final confirmation.
NestWell does not guarantee placement until a caregiver has been officially confirmed.
If a caregiver becomes unavailable, NestWell will attempt to provide a suitable replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Service Scope
NestWell serves as a matching, coordination, and placement agency for vetted caregivers.
NestWell is responsible for:
Caregiver screening and vetting
Scheduling coordination
Placement matching
Travel and live-in arrangement coordination
NestWell is not responsible for the direct employment relationship between families and caregivers once services begin.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment
By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that:They understand the pricing and booking structure
They accept the cancellation and refund policies
They agree to caregiver payment structure for live-in services
They understand that booking is not guaranteed until confirmation
