Personal Responsibility Statement

Each contributor is solely responsible for the accuracy of their submitted content, their personal opinions and statements, and ensuring they have the legal right to share the material submitted. Authors understand that their submissions reflect their own lived experiences and perspectives.

Confidentiality & Privacy Acknowledgment

To protect all parties involved, contributors agree not to intentionally defame, slander, or knowingly provide false statements about identifiable individuals; not to disclose private, protected, or confidential information that may create legal liability; and to use discretion when sharing sensitive personal experiences involving third parties. Narc Free Living LLC reserves the right to request edits, anonymization, or removal of content that may create legal, ethical, safety, or publishing concerns.

Editorial Rights Disclaimer

Narc Free Living LLC and the anthology publisher reserve the right to edit submissions for grammar, clarity, formatting, length, tone, and publishing standards; decline submissions that do not align with the mission, standards, values, or legal protections of the anthology; and remove content deemed defamatory, threatening, plagiarized, discriminatory, unsafe, or legally sensitive. Participation does not guarantee publication.

Copyright & Usage Agreement

Contributors retain ownership of their original stories and written submissions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By participating, contributors grant Narc Free Living LLC and its publishing partners permission to publish submitted content in print, digital, audio, promotional, and marketing formats; use contributor names, biographies, headshots, and approved excerpts for anthology-related marketing and promotional purposes; and promote the anthology through media, interviews, podcasts, social media, speaking engagements, and related campaigns.

Media & Promotional Release

By participating in the anthology, contributors grant permission for their name, approved author bio, headshot/photo, social media handle, and approved excerpts or quotes to be used for anthology marketing, promotions, advertisements, interviews, social media campaigns, press releases, and related media opportunities unless otherwise requested in writing.

Please select the anthology participation package and payment option that best fits your desired level of visibility, support, and contribution. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance until participation is approved and payment terms are confirmed by Narc Free Living LLC.

Paid Participation / Investment Agreement Participation in the Black Sheep to the Blueprint Anthology may require a financial investment, publishing fee, author participation fee, or program contribution as outlined by Narc Free Living LLC. By submitting this application or agreement, the contributor understands that payment may be required to secure their participation, author placement, publishing support, coaching, administrative processing, editing coordination, marketing preparation, or anthology-related services. Payment Responsibility The contributor agrees to pay all required fees according to the payment terms provided by Narc Free Living LLC. Payment may be required in full or through an approved payment plan. If a payment plan is selected, the contributor agrees to complete all scheduled payments by the stated due dates. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed services, removal from the anthology project, loss of promotional opportunities, or forfeiture of participation, at the discretion of Narc Free Living LLC. Non-Refundable Payment Policy All anthology participation fees, publishing fees, author placement fees, deposits, administrative fees, and payment plan installments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Narc Free Living LLC. Payments secure access to project administration, publishing preparation, editorial coordination, author support, marketing setup, and related services. Because these services begin once participation is accepted or payment is made, refunds are not guaranteed. No Guarantee of Results Payment for participation does not guarantee bestseller status, book sales, media placements, speaking engagements, income, business growth, social media growth, public recognition, or any specific financial or promotional outcome. Contributor Default / Missed Payments If a contributor misses a scheduled payment, fails to respond to communication, or does not meet required deadlines, Narc Free Living LLC reserves the right to pause participation, withhold publishing inclusion, remove the contributor from the anthology, or require payment in full before continuing services. Chargeback / Payment Dispute Policy The contributor agrees to communicate directly with Narc Free Living LLC regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal from the anthology project and forfeiture of participation benefits. Acknowledgment By signing or submitting this form, the contributor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the paid participation terms, payment responsibilities, non-refundable payment policy, missed payment policy, and no-guarantee disclaimer.

By submitting an application, payment, manuscript, or participation agreement for the Black Sheep to the Blueprint Anthology, contributors acknowledge that they: have read and understood this disclaimer voluntarily choose to participate understand the anthology’s purpose and limitations agree to the editorial, promotional, and participation terms outlined above. 

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate emotional, spiritual, legal, or licensed mental health support as needed throughout the writing and publishing process.

specific business or visibility results

Results vary based on participation, promotion, audience engagement, and multiple external factors.

The Black Sheep to the Blueprint Anthology is a collaborative storytelling and educational project designed to provide encouragement, awareness, empowerment, and healing through shared personal experiences.

Participation in this anthology does not constitute therapy, legal advice, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention services.

All contributors acknowledge that they are voluntarily sharing their personal stories, perspectives, opinions, and experiences.
