  • 🎨 BOOTH DECORATING

  • Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths to create an engaging and visually appealing shopping experience. Suggested items include:


    • Tablecloths
    • Brand signage
    • Decor
    • Product displays or racks
    • Mirrors or shelving
    • Battery‑powered lights

    Important: Electrical outlets are not provided. All lighting must be battery powered.

    Restrictions: To maintain venue safety and cleanliness, the following are not allowed:

    • Piercing, marking, or smudging walls
    • Heavy‑duty tape
    • Open flames
    • Glitter or confetti (strictly prohibited; cleaning fees apply)
    • DJ fog machines or dry ice
    • Candles, flammable liquids, pyrotechnics, sparklers, or smoke machines

    Our layout is organic, and vendors may need to adjust alongside their neighbors. We value a collaborative and respectful vendor community.

  • 🛠️ SETUP GUIDELINES

  • • Setup time: 10AM
    • All vendors must be fully set up by 11AM
    • Tables are assigned randomly
    • Tables cannot be moved or swapped.

  • 📦 TEAR DOWN

  • • The market ends at 4pm
    • Early teardown is not permitted
    • All booths must be removed by 5pm
    • Extensions with fee
    • All decorations, equipment, and personal items must be removed
    • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their tables and chairs and restoring their space to its original condition

  • 🔐 SECURITY & VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

  • To keep vendor fees affordable, EVENTURE BY K does not provide dedicated security. Vendors are responsible for monitoring and safeguarding their own merchandise and equipment throughout the event.

    Vendors are also responsible for obtaining any required AHS approvals, business permits, or licenses related to their products or services.

    EVENTURE BY K is not liable for: 

    • Loss, theft, or damage to merchandise, equipment, or personal property
    • Accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring at vendor booths
    • Legal, financial, or regulatory issues related to vendor operations
    • Non‑compliance with municipal, provincial, or federal requirements

    To support our vendors and increase visibility for your businesses, EVENTURE BY K actively promotes participating vendors across our social media platforms.

    Vendor Participation Requirement
    Vendors are encouraged to help promote the market by sharing it on their social media platforms.

    Vendors may use any posting platform they prefer; however, active promotion of the market helps significantly increase our overall visibility.
    If every vendor invites just 10 friends or family members, that’s around 400 shoppers through the door—benefiting all businesses at the event.

    Media & Branding Use
    By participating in this event, the vendor grants EVENTURE BY K permission to use any images, logos, product photos, or marketing materials submitted by the vendor—or publicly posted on their business pages—for event‑related advertising and promotional purposes.

    Event Day Media Consent
    On the day of the event, the vendor grants EVENTURE BY K permission to take photos and videos of their booth, products, and overall setup for use in event related marketing and social media promotion.

    EVENTURE BY K is all about creating a fun and supportive atmosphere.

  • 📘 TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

  • Terms & Conditions Agreement:
    By participating in EVENTURE BY K markets, the vendor agrees to follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures outlined in this handbook. The vendor acknowledges that it is their responsibility to review and understand all requirements to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and community‑focused market experience.

    By joining this event, the vendor grants EVENTURE BY K permission to use any images, logos, product photos, or marketing materials submitted by the vendor—or publicly shared on their business pages—for event‑related advertising and promotional purposes. The vendor also gives permission for EVENTURE BY K to capture photos and videos of their booth, products, and setup on event day for marketing and social media use.

    If the market is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the vendor’s payment will automatically transfer to the next available date. If the vendor cannot attend the new date, a refund will be issued.
    Posting platforms are at the vendor’s discretion; however, active participation in promoting the market helps significantly increase our overall visibility and supports the success of the entire vendor community.
