Rental Agreement & Policies

A refundable $100 deposit is required for all rental vehicles. Vehicles must be returned cleaned inside and out and with the same fuel level they had when picked up. Additional fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or below the required fuel level.

The renter is responsible for all damages, tolls, tickets, traffic violations, and unauthorized use during the rental period. If the renter allows any authorized or unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle, the renter remains fully responsible for the vehicle and any damages or liabilities caused.

Treasure Kings LLC reserves the right to deny or cancel rentals at its discretion.
