PARTICIPANT WAIVER & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I understand that participation in physical activity, including walking, jogging, running, rolling, stretching, and related activities, involves movement and personal responsibility. I voluntarily choose to participate in this Pace Runners Club event and acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk. I release and hold harmless Pace Runners Club, its organizers, volunteers, coaches, sponsors, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss that may occur during participation in this event. I understand that Pace Runners Club events are community-based wellness activities and that I should consult a medical professional if I have concerns regarding physical participation. I grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to potentially be used for promotional and community purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
