Enrollment Access
• Enrollment provides access to the online learning program and course materials.• Access instructions will be delivered to the student email address provided during enrollment.• Students are responsible for maintaining access to their email account and login credentials.• Course access is intended only for the enrolled student.
Refund Policy
• A Plus Real Estate SchoolOnline Course Refund PolicyA Plus Real Estate School provides online, self-paced education. Because students receive immediate access to course materials, lessons, quizzes, and digital content upon enrollment, refunds are governed by the following policy.1. Three (3) Business Day Cancellation PeriodStudents may cancel enrollment by providing written notice within three (3) business days after enrollment and are entitled to a full refund of tuition paid, provided that course access has not progressed beyond the limits described below.2. Refund Eligibility After Course Access BeginsStudents who withdraw after three (3) business days, but before significant course use, may be eligible for a refund according to the schedule below.For refund purposes, progress is measured by the percentage of online lessons completed or course access utilized.The standard course tuition is $399. Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, and special offers may reduce the amount paid by the student. Course Access and UsageCourse access, lesson completion, quiz activity, downloads, login activity, and use of course materials may be used by A Plus Real Estate School to determine course usage and completion percentage.4. Official Date of WithdrawalThe official withdrawal date shall be the earliest of:a. The date written notice is received by A Plus Real Estate School at admin@aplusre.orgb. The date the school determines a student has violated published school policies or terms of enrollment.5. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of the official withdrawal date.6. School CancellationShould A Plus Real Estate School discontinue a course before a student could reasonably complete it, students will receive a full refund of tuition paid, except where school closure or circumstances beyond school control prevent continuation.7. Course Completion RequirementStudents are expected to complete all required coursework within six (6) months of enrollment unless otherwise extended by the school.8. Promotional PricingScholarships, coupon codes, promotional offers, recruiting discounts, and special pricing are limited-time offers and have no cash value. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid and not the standard tuition price.
