2026-2027 RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION FORM

PLEASE COMPLETE ONE PER CHILD
To participate in the Saint Francis of Assisi Parish Religious Education Program, parish registration is required. You can complete the Parish Registration Form (CLICK HERE) online or by visiting the Parish Office. For more information, please contact the Religious Education Office at (941) 697-4899 ext. 3 or via email at sball@sfoachurch.com.

The fee is $35 per child or $50 per family, payable before classes begin.
Grades: Kindergarten to 8th Grade

Classes on Tuesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM

Classes begin Tuesday, September 22, 2026

Grades: 9th and 10th

Classes on the second Sunday of each month

Classes begin Sunday, September 13, 2026
