There will be no entry fees charged for inclusion in this exhibition.
Entrants may submit up to three (3) separate pieces of art for consideration, however no guarantee of acceptance should be inferred.
All accepted works must be made available for purchase (70% of all sales proceeds go to the artist).
Freestanding pedestals will not be used in this exhibition, therefore all submissions must be wall-mountable (examples of which include framed and shadowbox-mounted works).
All submitted works must be delivered ready to hang and with the appropriate mounting hardware already attached. Works utilizing sawtooth hangers will not be considered.
Submissions should be limited to no larger than 48" x 48."

Important Dates to Remember:
May 11-June 8: Online Submission Period
June 11: Applicants notified of acceptance decsions via email
June 11, 12, 13, 16, 17: Delivery of Art to the Winterville Cultural Center. Works will only be accepted on these dates betweeen the hours of 10am and 2pm.
June 19: Exhibition Opening. Reception will be held from 5-7pm
September 15: Exhibition Closing Date
September 15-18: Pickup of Art from the Winterville Cultural Center. Pickup will only be accepted on these dates at the following times: 9/15 (2pm-4pm); 9/16 (10am-4pm); 9/17 (10am-4pm); 9/18 (10am-2pm)
