    Start by completing this quick request form. We collect the basic information we need to understand who you are, where you’re located, what type of cleaning you’re looking for, and the general needs of your home or space.

    This first form is only the beginning — it is not your final estimate.

  • 2️⃣ We Review Your Request & We Reach Out & Confirm

    Once we receive your request, we review the information you provided & we'll contact you to let you know that we received your request and to communicate with you about moving forward.

  • 3️⃣ We Send Your Detailed Estimate & Home Profile

    Once we’ve connected, we’ll send you our Detailed Estimate & Home Profile form.

    This is where we collect the additional information needed to accurately understand your home, cleaning needs, condition, requested services, add-ons, pets, and other details that may affect the work and pricing.

  • 4️⃣ Complete & Send Back Your Detailed Form

    You’ll complete the information requested on the Detailed Estimate & Home Profile form and send it back to us, including the photos or walkthrough video of your home requested within the form.

    (Photos/videos are collected during this second, detailed step — not through the initial Quick Request Form.)

  • 5️⃣ We Review Everything & Prepare Your Estimate

    After receiving the detailed information, we review everything together — your initial request, detailed home information, requested services, photos/video, and any special requests.

    We use that information to determine the appropriate services and calculate a fair and accurate estimate based on the actual needs of your home.

  • 6️⃣ Your Estimate Becomes Your Cleaning Service Plan

    Once your estimate is finalized and you approve it, the agreed-upon services, pricing, cleaning frequency, special requests, and other important details become the foundation of your Cleaning Service Plan.

    This gives us a clear understanding of what we agreed to provide and allows us to prepare properly for your cleaning.

  • 7️⃣ We Schedule Your Cleaning

    After your estimate and service plan are approved, we coordinate your cleaning date and finalize any remaining details needed before your appointment.
