The One Community Podcast Story Submission ποΈπ€β¨
AVTE and Vet Life Reimagined are partnering to bring you The One Community Podcast β a new series that puts a spotlight on the real people, programs, and partnerships that are advancing veterinary technician education and student success across our profession. The series will be hosted by Megan Sprinkle, founder of Vet Life Reimagined and one of the most recognized voices in the veterinary community. Megan brings warmth, curiosity, and a gift for drawing out the stories that actually matter β the ones that happen in classrooms, clinics, hallways, and conference rooms, not just on stages. The One Community Podcast launches at the AVTE Annual Conference in Portland, Oregon in August 2026 β and we need your help finding the stories worth telling. We're looking for ten episodes that bring the One Community principle to life. Not highlight reels. Real stories β of collaboration across unlikely partners, of a mentor who changed someone's trajectory, of a program that figured something out and shared it, of a moment when the community showed up. If you've witnessed something like that, seen it in a colleague, a student, a program, or a partnership β we want to hear about it. Submit your story idea using the form below. We'll review every submission and reach out if we'd like to learn more. Questions? Want to talk it through before submitting? Email us at help@avte.net β we'd love to hear from you.

One Community is AVTE's core principle β a commitment to collaboration that values and leverages each member's unique contributions to advance veterinary technician education and student success. It means seeking partnerships rooted in student success across AVTE's core domains of leadership, innovation, and mentorship. It means strengthening the community's core pillars before chasing the next new thing. And it means maintaining proactive, positive approaches β treating every relationship as a shared walk, not a transaction. How does the story you're submitting reflect that spirit?
