For this pie we use fresh-squeezed lemon juice to make a tart lemon filing and pair it with our unique marshmallow meringue that is velvety smooth and a bit sticky (like a fresh marshmallow) rather than just a light/fluffy meringue that is overly sweet. This is all nestled inside our all-butter flakey pie crust. It's also probably the prettiest pie we make :-)
