    Here’s what to expect from the Soft Life Self-Care Day Experience:
  • The Soft Life Self-Care Experience is a luxury beauty, wellness, and lifestyle event curated to bring together elevated brands, meaningful connections, and unforgettable experiences. 


    This event will feature shopping, beauty experiences, networking opportunities, photo-worthy moments, self-care activations, and a curated selection of vendors aligned with our soft life aesthetic. 


    As a vendor, this is an opportunity to place your brand directly in front of guests who value beauty, self-care, wellness, feminine luxury, and intentional living. We’re focused on creating an intimate, high-end atmosphere that encourages genuine engagement, content creation, brand visibility, and customer connection.


    Whether you’re introducing your brand to new customers, growing your audience, networking with other businesses, or increasing sales, this experience was designed to help vendors feel seen, supported, and part of something impactful.

  • Thank you for your interest in being part of the Soft Life Self-Care Experience. To ensure a smooth, elevated, and enjoyable experience for all guests and vendors, please carefully review the expectations below.

  • Vendor Conduct & Responsibility

    All vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment throughout the event. Negative, disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

    Vendors are responsible for:

    • Their own inventory
    • Tables/decor unless otherwise stated
    • Payment processing systems
    • Business materials
    • Setup supplies
    • Liability for their products/services
    • Vo’Lux Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Booth Presentation

    This is a curated luxury experience. Vendors are expected to maintain clean, visually appealing, and professional booth setups that align with the event aesthetic.

    We strongly encourage:

    • Elegant displays
    • Branded signage
    • Neutral, blush, black, gold, or luxury-inspired decor
    • Organized product presentation
  • Setup & Breakdown

    Approved vendors will receive assigned setup times prior to the event.

     

    • Vendors must arrive during their designated setup window
    • Early breakdowns are not permitted
    • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before departure
    • Additional setup instructions and venue information will be emailed closer to the event date.
  • Electricity Requests

    Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance through the application form. Approval is not guaranteed.

    Vendors requiring electricity must bring:

    • Extension cords
    • Power strips
    • Any additional setup equipment needed
  • Promotions & Marketing

    By participating in this event, vendors agree that event photos/videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, websites, and future event materials.

    Vendors are also encouraged to promote the event on their own platforms to help maximize visibility and attendance.

  • Curated Guest Bags

    Selected vendors may have the opportunity to include promotional materials, samples, or products inside curated guest bags.

    Additional details will be provided to approved vendors if applicable.

  • Approval Process

    Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.

    All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the overall experience, brand aesthetic, and event curation.

    Approved vendors will receive:

    • Confirmation email
    • Payment instructions
    • Event address
    • Setup & Breakdown times
    • Vendor Pass pickup & return
  • Payment Policy

    Vendor payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.

    Failure to submit payment by the provided deadline, no-show, or late arrival (15 min grace period) may result in forfeiture of your vendor space.

    Vendor fees can NOT be transferred to a future event due to the vendor's no-show or arriving late, unless agreed upon by the vendor and Vo'Lux Beauty Bar.
