• ALL food and drink vendors are REQUIRED to cook on-site,

UNLESS they legally qualify under Cottage Food Law.

• Cottage Food Law vendors MUST message the event organizer for pricing prior to submitting payment.

• Vendors operating under Cottage Law must indicate this clearly and submit all required documentation.

• ALL vendors must follow ALL local, county, and state regulations.
• ALL licenses, permits, and certifications MUST be submitted with this application.
• Applications missing required documentation will not be approved.

• Vendors MUST be fully power sufficient.
• NO power will be supplied to food or drink vendors.
• Generators, batteries, or approved alternative power sources are required if electricity is needed.

Payment MUST be submitted with this application.
(Cottage Food vendors submit payment only after pricing is confirmed.)
