After payment & non-refundable $125 deposit/remainder balance due before session or at time of session, client receives up to 2 high resolution digitals images with print release per headshot session. Additional digital images are available to purchase at just $15 each
SESSION PROOFS: Clients will receive a access to edits within 1 week (7 days) of their portrait session for these headshot sessions. If the photographs are accessible earlier, the Photographer will advised the client(s). Photographer retains the right to edit the photographs and omit any image. If you need these sooner than 1 week (7 days) of a turnaround time, there will be a $50 rush fee per headshot session.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the deposits paid are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary due to weather. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated.
Limitations of liability: While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver outstanding photographs, The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. Photographers entire liability to Client for any claim, loss, or injury arising from photographers performance is limited to a refund to client of fees paid, we cannot guarantee the delivery of any specifically requested image (s).
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES: After image selections are made, client will be abe to use these for any marketing or media related production for thier business(es).
The content of the gallery is in descretion of Amanda Jones of Photography by Amanda Jones, the photographer. The Photographer will select the best images and edit them to her descretion. Any additional editing/culling may be suject to fees. Please be aware of your artist's style. Assumption of Risk: Client understands and acknowledges that photography sessions may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, water features, props, furniture, studio equipment, or interaction with children and animals. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the photography session for themselves and any accompanying individuals.
Release of Liability: Client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Photography by Amanda Jones, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the photography session, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or personal loss, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Props and Set Pieces: Client understands that the use of props, furniture, water features, or specialty setups (including but not limited to tubs, chairs, stools, benches, or décor) is voluntary and at Client’s own risk. Client agrees to use all props as instructed and assumes full responsibility for any injury resulting from improper use or failure to follow directions.
Medical Disclaimer: Client confirms that all participants are physically able to participate in the photography session and has disclosed any medical conditions that may affect participation. Photographer is not responsible for medical emergencies.
Location Disclaimer: Client acknowledges that photography sessions may take place in public or private locations not controlled by Photographer. Photographer is not responsible for hazards, conditions, or actions of third parties at such locations.
Responsibility for Minors: Client is solely responsible for the supervision and safety of any minors present during the photography session. Photographer is not responsible for monitoring, supervising, or controlling the actions of children at any time.
