  • Does your vehicle use wheel lock nut?. If wheel lock removal is requested, an additional service fee will be apply and will be due upon completion of the service.*
  • If you have lost your wheel lock key, please send a clear photo of the wheel lock so we can determine the correct removal method.
  • Assistance Service Type and Prices. These are our standard rates. Our Regular Business Hours is Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 8:00PM. IMPORTANT: Last scheduled service request begins at 6:30 PM and continues until completed the service. Any service requested after that time is considered emergency service.*
  • Payment Method. No Cash Accept.*
  • Priority Fleet Service (Rush Service). You're next in line for service. No appointment time is needed. Advance invoice payment required.*
  • Appointment. Note: Select a preferred time. Your appointment will be officially confirmed once your invoice is issued and payment is received. Unpaid appointments will not be confirmed. If you're requesting a quote only, please don't select an appointment time. Remember: New tires are installed the next business day after your request.

If you appointment was scheduled during regular business hours but is completed during Emergency Service Hours (7:00 Pm-11 Pm) due to delays on our end. You will pay your original invoice amount.
