Artist Participation Acknowledgment & Release* This field is required.If you're not over 18, a parent needs to do this part. By participating in the Sauk Centre Festival of the Arts window painting project, I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a public art event and assume responsibility for my own safety, materials, equipment, and personal belongings during the event. I understand that painting windows may involve outdoor conditions, standing for extended periods, and optional use of step stools or ladders. I agree to use reasonable care and judgment while participating. I release and hold harmless the Sauk Centre Festival of the Arts, the 510 Art Lab, participating businesses, volunteers, sponsors, and event organizers from liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I also understand that artwork and photographs taken during the event may be used for festival promotion, social media, and future marketing materials.
