My CrewMate Package Pickup - Important Rules: Please read before submitting your package information. By using this service, I agree: 1. My CrewMate is only helping receive and hold my package for pickup. My CrewMate is not a shipping company, insurance company, customs broker, port agent, freight forwarder, warehouse, or private mailbox service. 2. I am responsible for what I order. I must make sure my item is legal, safe, allowed by the carrier, allowed by my ship, and allowed by My CrewMate. 3. Do not order prohibited items. This includes vapes, nicotine, tobacco, alcohol, cannabis/CBD/THC, prescription medicine, weapons, knives, ammunition, chemicals, flammable items, aerosols, loose batteries, perishables, plants, animals, cash, gift cards, passports, IDs, legal documents, counterfeit goods, resale items, or ship-supply items. 4. Ship-restricted items may also be refused. Many ships do not allow items such as extension cords, power strips, surge protectors, plug extenders, irons, steamers, hot plates, rice cookers, toasters, heaters, candles, incense, tools, drones, weapons, or other safety/security-restricted items. 5. Carrier “delivered” does not mean ready. My package is ready only when My CrewMate scans/logs it and sends me a pickup notice. 6. Fees apply. Final package size, handling category, storage fees, and pickup fees are decided by My CrewMate staff. 7. Packages over $500 may require High-Value Handling fees. Packages over $1,500 are not eligible for standard package pickup and may require additional fees. High-Value Handling is not insurance. 8. My CrewMate does not insure packages. My CrewMate is not responsible for seller mistakes, wrong items, counterfeit items, late delivery, carrier loss before My CrewMate receives the package, concealed damage, ship refusal, customs/security refusal, prohibited items, or packages sent without following the rules. 9. ID is required at pickup. I must show crew ID or other approved identification before my package is released. 10. Packages must be picked up on time. Storage fees may apply. Packages not picked up after the allowed period may be treated as abandoned.

My CrewMate / Port Electronics & Luggage provides a limited package receiving and pickup service for cruise ship crew members. My CrewMate is not a shipping carrier, insurer, customs broker, freight forwarder, port agent, bonded warehouse, or private mailbox service.
This service is for personal crew packages only. It may not be used for ship supplies, resale, business inventory, commercial vessel use, or delivery of goods for other people unless My CrewMate approves in writing.
I am responsible for what I order. I agree that anything I send to My CrewMate must be legal, safe, allowed by the seller, allowed by the shipping carrier, allowed by U.S. and Alaska law, allowed by port/security rules, and allowed by my ship or employer.
My CrewMate may refuse, hold, return, isolate, report, or place in exception status any package that appears unsafe, suspicious, illegal, damaged, leaking, mislabeled, prohibited, ship-restricted, high-risk, or not allowed under these rules.
Prohibited items include nicotine, vapes, tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, CBD, THC, prescription medicine, controlled substances, weapons, knives, firearms, ammunition, self-defense sprays, chemicals, flammables, aerosols, loose batteries, damaged electronics, perishables, plants, animals, cash, gift cards, precious metals, passports, IDs, immigration documents, legal documents, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, resale items, ship supplies, or commercial vessel items.
Ship-restricted items may include extension cords, power strips, surge protectors, plug extenders, irons, garment steamers, hot plates, rice cookers, toasters, coffee makers, heaters, heating pads, electric blankets, candles, incense, diffusers, tools, drills, saws, drones, communication equipment, weapons, sporting/self-defense items, dangerous chemicals, flammable products, or any item refused by ship security, port security, customs, or the ship’s officers.
Carrier “delivered” status does not mean the package is ready for pickup. A package is ready only after My CrewMate physically receives, scans/logs, processes, and sends a pickup notice. My CrewMate is not responsible for packages before they are physically received and logged by My CrewMate staff.
I must use my My CrewMate package code when ordering and submit my tracking number. Packages without a valid code or tracking submission may be delayed, charged extra, refused, returned, or placed in exception status.
Fees apply. Final package size, handling category, storage burden, storage fees, high-value fees, oversized fees, exception fees, and pickup fees are determined by My CrewMate staff. Each physical package may be charged separately, even if multiple packages came from one online order.
Packages over $500 may require High-Value Handling. Packages over $1,500 are not eligible for standard package pickup and may require additional fees. Phones, laptops, tablets, watches, jewelry, collectibles, luxury items, cash-like items, and easily resold items may require High-Value Handling even if under $1,500. High-Value Handling is not insurance.
My CrewMate does not insure packages and does not guarantee package value, authenticity, condition, legality, merchant accuracy, ship acceptance, or customs/security acceptance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, My CrewMate’s maximum responsibility for any package is limited to the service fee paid to My CrewMate for that package, unless a different written agreement is made in advance.
My CrewMate is not responsible for seller mistakes, wrong items, counterfeit items, late deliveries, carrier delays, carrier loss before My CrewMate receives the package, theft before receipt, concealed damage, missing contents inside sealed packages, manufacturer defects, ship refusal, customs refusal, security refusal, employer refusal, prohibited contents, missed pickup, or packages sent without following these rules.
I must show valid crew ID or other approved identification at pickup. My CrewMate may refuse release if identity, ownership, ship assignment, package code, payment, or authorization cannot be confirmed. High-value packages may require additional verification.
Packages must be picked up promptly after My CrewMate sends a pickup notice. Storage fees may apply after the allowed pickup window. Packages not picked up after the stated deadline may be treated as abandoned according to My CrewMate policy.
Receiving a package from My CrewMate does not mean the item is allowed onboard my ship. I am responsible for following all ship, employer, customs, port, and security rules.
I authorize My CrewMate to collect and use my name, ship, WhatsApp number, email, package code, tracking number, item category, declared value range, package status, pickup details, payment status, and related information to operate this service and communicate with me.
