To order a custom hair system with CAPELLO, you first need to request a personalised quote.

You will receive a reply at the email address provided, so please make sure it is correct. We usually respond within 24 hours.

This form is only intended to give us an initial understanding of the type of custom order you would like, so that we can prepare an estimated quote.

The detailed specifications of your hair system, including base type, hair colour, length, style, density, wave/curl, hairline and other custom parameters, will be selected at a later stage through a dedicated interactive order form.

This detailed order form will be sent to you by email after the quote has been reviewed and the order process has started.

With the Standard order, no additional charge is applied. Average production times are usually 12–16 weeks for partial or standard hair systems, and 16–20 weeks for full cap systems.

With the Super Rush order, your system receives maximum production priority. Estimated maximum production times are usually 8–12 weeks for partial or standard systems, and 12–16 weeks for full cap systems.

The Super Rush surcharge is £80 per partial/standard system and £120 per full cap system. If production exceeds the estimated rush timeframe, the rush surcharge will be refunded.

Please note: the production times above do not include possible delays caused by:

• pandemics or other extraordinary events
• factory closures during Chinese national holidays
• shipping time from the production facility to our fulfilment/QC centre
• customs clearance delays
• additional quality control checks before dispatch by CAPELLO

If you require an invoice, please request it now. It may not be possible to issue one later once the order has been processed and recorded.

The personal data collected may include your name, nickname, email address, phone number, shipping/billing details, order preferences, hair system specifications, uploaded images, hair colour information, template/mould details, and any other information voluntarily provided through this form.

The legal basis for processing your data may include taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, your consent where required, and CAPELLO’s legitimate interests in managing customer enquiries, orders and business operations. The ICO states that organisations must identify and explain the lawful basis used for processing personal data.

Your information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary, including payment providers, website/form providers, shipping couriers, fulfilment partners, professional advisers, and production partners or factories where required to manufacture your custom hair system. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be used where required by data protection law. The UK GDPR includes rules for restricted international transfers of personal information to organisations outside the UK.

Your personal data will not be sold. It will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.

We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including order administration, customer support, legal, tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry data that does not lead to an order will usually be retained for up to [insert period, e.g. 12 or 24 months]. Order-related data may be retained for longer where required for legal, tax or business record purposes.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing, including objection to direct marketing.
