What you get:

Pricing: 🟡 Single day — $55 🟡 Full weekend (Sat + Sun) — $95

Used goods only: vintage, antique, secondhand, and pre-owned items only. No new merchandise.

3. Show up 8:30–9:30 AM and set up

Must be fully set up by: 10:00 AM

Important: Late arrivals after 9:45 AM forfeit their space — no refunds

Early teardown before 5:00 PM is not permitted without management approval

No overnight storage — all goods must be packed up at the end of each day

I confirm that I have read and agree to all of the following: All items sold must be used, pre-owned, secondhand, vintage, or antique. New merchandise, retail, or factory-sealed goods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal with no refund. My booking is NOT confirmed until full payment is received. I understand I will be contacted within 24 hours with payment instructions and that failure to pay releases my spot. Day vendors who no-show forfeit their full fee. Weekend or multi-day vendors who cancel with less than 48 hours notice forfeit their full fee. The market runs rain or shine — no refunds for weather. I agree to stay within my assigned 8ft x 8ft space, keep it clean throughout the day, remove all items and garbage at close, and conduct myself professionally at all times. Hwy 404 & Steeles Flea Market is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to my goods, equipment, or vehicle.
