Welcome to the 2026–2027 Kamiak Show Band Season!
We are excited to welcome both returning and new students and families for another fun and memorable year with Kamiak Show Band (KSB)!
To help us prepare for the upcoming season, please complete the following forms:

*Please remember to save your progress as you go and click the “Submit” button at the end of the Financial Aid Form.
For families seeking assistance with participation fees, please complete the Flexible Payment Plan Form and/or Financial Aid Form in addition to the required registration forms.
Because financial aid funds are limited, we encourage families to first consider the flexible payment plan option. Financial aid awards are generally limited to up to half of the total participation fee.
Registration for the 2026–2027 Kamiak Show Band season is not considered complete until:
- All required forms have been completed and electronically signed, AND
- Either the full upfront payment of $750 or the non-refundable $75 registration fee has been submitted.
After Registration Submission (New Parents only)
Once your forms have been submitted, your student’s Kamiak Performing Arts Booster (KPAB) account will be created in the KPAB communication platform, CutTime.
Families may submit payments by:
- Bringing payment to Spring Camp
- Mailing payment
- Submitting electronic payment through CutTime
If paying electronically through CutTime, please wait until your invoice has been created and posted to your Cut Time account before submitting payment. Payments made before an invoice is generated cannot be properly tracked.
You will also receive an invitation link to join the Show Band Parent communication app, Band App – Parents 2026, which will be used for KSB announcements, reminders, and updates throughout the season.
Students will be introduced to their student Band App group during Spring Camp if they have not already joined.

(Large gathering area located just inside the main/front entrance of the school building)
PAC / Band Room Location Information
The Band Room is located inside the Performing Arts Center (PAC), a separate building located across from the Main School Building on the west side of campus.
Families may enter from either:
the Student Parking Lot entrance side, or
the Front Circle parking lot entrance side.
Additional reminders and updates will be shared through Band App and CutTime as Spring Camp approaches.
