  • Welcome to the 2026–2027 Kamiak Show Band Season!

    We are excited to welcome both returning and new students and families for another fun and memorable year with Kamiak Show Band (KSB)!

    To help us prepare for the upcoming season, please complete the following forms:

    *Please remember to save your progress as you go and click the “Submit” button at the end of the Financial Aid Form.


    For families seeking assistance with participation fees, please complete the Flexible Payment Plan Form and/or Financial Aid Form in addition to the required registration forms.

    Because financial aid funds are limited, we encourage families to first consider the flexible payment plan option. Financial aid awards are generally limited to up to half of the total participation fee.

    Registration for the 2026–2027 Kamiak Show Band season is not considered complete until:

    • All required forms have been completed and electronically signed, AND
    • Either the full upfront payment of $750 or the non-refundable $75 registration fee has been submitted.



    After Registration Submission (New Parents only)
    Once your forms have been submitted, your student’s Kamiak Performing Arts Booster (KPAB) account will be created in the KPAB communication platform, CutTime.

    Families may submit payments by:

    • Bringing payment to Spring Camp
    • Mailing payment
    • Submitting electronic payment through CutTime

    If paying electronically through CutTime, please wait until your invoice has been created and posted to your Cut Time account before submitting payment. Payments made before an invoice is generated cannot be properly tracked.

    You will also receive an invitation link to join the Show Band Parent communication app, Band App – Parents 2026, which will be used for KSB announcements, reminders, and updates throughout the season.

    Students will be introduced to their student Band App group during Spring Camp if they have not already joined.

    PAC / Band Room Location Information
    The Band Room is located inside the Performing Arts Center (PAC), a separate building located across from the Main School Building on the west side of campus.

    Families may enter from either:

    the Student Parking Lot entrance side, or
    the Front Circle parking lot entrance side.

    Additional reminders and updates will be shared through Band App and CutTime as Spring Camp approaches.

    Kamiak Show Band 2026-27
  • 1. Commitment to Participation

    I am honored to accept the invitation to join the 2026–2027 Kamiak Show Band. I understand that participation in Show Band is a team commitment that includes rehearsals, performances, competitions, travel, camps, and other scheduled events throughout the season.

    I understand that all rehearsals and performances are considered mandatory. Should any scheduling conflicts arise, I agree to communicate them in advance whenever possible, except in cases of emergency or extreme circumstances.


    2. Season Participation Expectations

    I understand that participation may include, but is not limited to:

    • Summer Mini-Camp
    • Band Camp (Agusut)
    • Weekly rehearsals
    • Football games and possible playoff games
    • Competitions and performances
    • Travel events and possible overnight trips


    Major events may include:

    • Goddard Day
    • Music in Motion
    • NWAPA Competitions
    • Puget Sound Festival of Bands
    • NWAPA Championships


    A full-season schedule will be provided separately and may be updated throughout the season as needed.


    3. Student Expectations

    I understand that students are expected to:

    Arrive on time and prepared
    Demonstrate respectful behavior
    Follow directions from directors, staff, and approved volunteers
    Maintain positive sportsmanship and teamwork
    Represent Kamiak High School and the Show Band program appropriately at all times

    4. Attendance & Communication

    I understand that attendance and active participation are essential to the success of the entire ensemble.

    Should conflicts, illness, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances arise, I agree to communicate with directors and staff as early as possible.

  • It is important that any place of equipment, whether it is a school instrument, prop, uniform, color guard equipment, etc., be treated as if it were your own.

    Kamiak Show Band 2026-27 (Secondary to Mukilteo School District)
  • Kamiak Show Band (KSB), supported by the Kamiak Performing Arts Booster (KPAB), frequently shares photos, videos, and media content to celebrate students, promote the program, recognize achievements, support fundraising efforts, and communicate with families and the community.

    This agreement is intended to supplement the existing Mukilteo School District media release policies and applies specifically to KSB/KPAB-related activities, events, performances, trips, rehearsals, competitions, fundraising events, social media, and promotional materials.

    Media may be used for:

    • KSB/KPAB social media
    • Recruitment materials
    • Newsletters
    • Event programs
    • Slideshows/banquets
    • Booster communications
    • Fundraising/promotional materials

    Student names may occasionally be included in recognition posts or programs. Personal contact information will never be publicly shared

    While reasonable efforts will be made to honor requests, complete exclusion from group photos/videos at public events may not always be possible.

    Kamiak Show Band Season 2026-27
  • Participation fees help provide students with a high-quality educational and performance experience. Fees support costs including, but not limited to:

    • Professional instructional staff
    • Music arrangements and licensing
    • Visual design and choreography
    • Uniforms and show-related materials
    • Competition and festival entry fees
    • Transportation and travel expenses
    • Meals during competitions and events
    • Camp and rehearsal operations
    • Equipment and program operations

    1. Financial Commitment

    I understand and accept the financial responsibility associated with participation in the 2026–2027 Kamiak Show Band program, which includes $750 participation Fee.

    2. Payment Options

    I undertand that I may choose one of the folloiwng payment options during registratioin:

    Option A — Full Payment

    Pay the full $750 participation fee upfront during registration.

    Option B — Registration Fee & Installment Payment Plan

    $75 non-refundable registration fee due during registration
    $345 participation payment due by Monday, August 10, 2026
    $330 participation payment due by Tuesday, September 1, 2026

    Families selecting Option B will receive additional payment instructions and balance reminders through KPAB’s online student account platform, CutTime.

  • 3. Registration Completion Requirement

    I understand that registration for the 2026–2027 Kamiak Show Band season is not considered complete until:

    • All required forms and agreements have been fully completed and electronically signed, AND
    • The non-refundable $75 registration fee (or full participation payment) has been successfully submitted.

    I understand that students may not be considered officially registered or guaranteed participation until both requirements have been completed.

    4. Payment Methods

    Remaining balances may be paid by:

    • Electronic payment through CutTime
    • Check payment submitted to KPAB

    Checks payable to “KPAB” may be delivered to the Band Room locked Payment Box or Mailed to:

    5. Refund Policy

    All payments made to the Kamiak Show Band program are non-refundable, including registration fees, participation fees, uniform fees, and other program-related payments.

    No refunds will be issued due to:

    • Withdrawal from the program 
    • Schedule conflicts
    • Poor attendance
    • Dismissal from the program 
    • Injury or illness 
    • Personal circumstancesOr any other reason

    Kamiak Performing Arts Boosters (KPAB)
  • This form is designed to hold parents accountable by creating a clear "Promissory Note" structure for payment installments. Please submit a separate Payment Plan Application for each Program. 

    This agreement is made between Kamiak Performing ARts Boosters (KPAB) and:

  • Accountability and Default

    1. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
    2. Late Fees: Payments not received within 15 days of the due date may result in a late fee of $      .
    3. Participation Status: Failure to maintain the payment schedule may result in the student's suspension from extra activities, performances, or trips until the account is brought current.
    4.  Binding Obligation: This document serves as a formal promissory note. The signer remains responsible for the full balance regardless of the student's voluntary withdrawal from the program after the refund deadline.

  • The Financial Aid program is designed to assist families whose students could not participate in the Kamiak High School performing arts extra activities without the financial assistance of the Boosters. Please note that although fundraising to reduce the program costs is a primary goal of the organization, funds are limited. Please apply only if your child is unable to participate without funding.
