Confederate, Federal, & Civilian Pre-registration received by: Jan. 31, 2027, registration is $25.00 each

All entries between Feb. 1, 2027-Mar. 26, 2027 will have to pay late registration that will be $30.00 each.

On-line Registration will close Mar. 26, 2027.

On-site registration will be $40.00 per person, we greatly prefer on-line registration to help with planning.

Note: Confederate units may be requested to galvanize for one of the two event battles. This will ensure that proper troop ratios can be obtained. This will be avoided, if at all possible, but as you realize, it honors no one by having a large force being driven by a much smaller force on the field. Please assist and cooperate to ensure that all participants enjoy realistic battles. Requests shall be handled by the respective CS or US Commanding Generals, so please volunteer in advance. Thank you.

Release of Liability for the 165th Battle of Shiloh Re-enactment 2027:

I, (above listed name(s)),The, undersigned do hereby hold harmless the, 1st Division/Southerner Re-enactors Association, and any of its affiliates, landowners or individuals from injury, illness, accident or loss of property that may be incurred during this Living History/Re-enactment. This is to include damage to vehicles, trailers, personal items and equipment etc.

The undersigned also allows photos and/or other media coverage to be taken in any form without recourse; none of the aforementioned groups are responsible for news coverage, media nor any other exposure due to photographs, videos, writings, etc.

Therefore, the undersigned releases the aforementioned person or groups from any and all responsibility, while at the same time allowing his or her name to be used in such including promotional activities in the future.

I the undersigned, furthermore agree to hold the utmost respect to all landowners, their property and employees. I will maintain good conduct and obey all event rules, local and state laws, report any and all unsafe and/or illegal acts to the proper authorities. I will be responsible for the conduct and safety for myself and for my family during this event.

MULTIPLE PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION

If the undersigned is registering more than one participant under this registration, the undersigned certifies that he or she has the legal authority to execute this Release of Liability on behalf of each listed participant. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all terms, conditions, waivers, releases, permissions, and obligations contained herein shall apply equally and fully to every individual listed on the registration form, including minors for whom the undersigned is the parent or legal guardian.

By signing this Release of Liability, the undersigned expressly agrees that this waiver is binding upon himself or herself and upon all participants listed on the associated registration form. The undersigned further agrees to assume responsibility for ensuring that all listed participants comply with event rules, safety regulations, and applicable laws while attending the event.

The term "Participant," as used throughout this document, shall include the undersigned and all individuals registered under this registration submission.

By signing below, I acknowledge that this Release of Liability applies to me and to all participants listed on the associated registration form.
