Event Dates: April 2–4, 2027 Sutler Registration. Please complete this form and include Sutler fee of $200.00 plus $50.00 cleanup fee which will be refunded if your area is left clean. Deadline is March 1, 2027 unless spots fill prior to that date. If spots fill we will have a waiting list and you will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

This is to include damage to vehicles, trailers, personal items and equipment, etc.The undersigned also allows photos and/or other media coverage to be taken in any form without recourse; none of the aforementioned groups are responsible for news coverage, media nor any other exposure due to photographs, videos, writings, etc.Therefore, the undersigned releases the aforementioned person or groups from any and all responsibility, while at the same time allowing his or her name to be used in such including promotional activities in the future.I the undersigned, furthermore agree to hold the utmost respect to all landowners, their property and employees. I will maintain good conduct and obey all event rules, local and state laws, report any and all unsafe and/or illegal acts to the proper authorities. I will be responsible for the conduct and safety for myself and for my employees during this event.
