NCLAC 2026 Dubach Summer Art Camp Registration, July 27-31, 10 am to 12 pm
Please make sure you have read all of the information on our website thoroughly before filling out this form. Use a separate form for each child you are registering. The North Central Louisiana Arts Council is pleased to offer a free Summer Arts Camp at the Dubach Community Center, thanks to a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council, as administered by the Northeast La. Arts Council. Funding has also been provided by the National Endowment of the Arts. NCLAC has been holding Summer Arts Camp since 1990, and this is our first in Dubach. Visual arts along with music and movement will be taught in the context of learning about Dubach’s history and heritage. To this end, we are planning escorted walking field trips to the Dubach Dog Trot historic house and the Gym Theater (weather permitting). Please email director@nclac.org or text or call Susan Roach at 318-548-4000 if you have questions about registration and the camp.

What Grade is your child going into in the Fall of 2026?
Has your child previously attended a Summer Art Camp with NCLAC?
Does your child have any allergies or medical concerns you feel we should be aware of?
Please give us the names and phone numbers for any other adults besides yourself who you will allow to pick up the child from camp. *Please note that for safety concerns, these individuals may be asked to show an official ID at pickup.
Our teachers work hard to share their talents with the students in our camps. To keep classes flowing smoothly and to make sure the children are getting the best instruction possible, please help us by following these requests: (1) Leave cell phones, tablets, toys or other distractions at home. (2) Dress your child in clothes appropriate for creativity and for escorted walking field trips to the Dubach Dog Trot historic house and the Gym Theater (weather permitting). Art camps are fun, but they can be messy. We provide aprons. (3) Please let us know in advance if your child will be absent: email: director@nclac.org· (4) Please check in and pick up the child on time (10-12). We cannot accept children earlier than 9:45. They must be picked up by 12:45pm. We appreciate your understanding of these concerns. Please sign below confirming you have read and agree to all items above.
