      Layout

Vendors will be spread out on three floors of the house: the ground level, the upper level (upstairs) and the lower level (downstairs).

The ground floor has three spaces. The largest space is the open ballroom. At one end of the ballroom you will find a unique space known as the solarium. The solarium is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and can hold two vendors. On the other side of the ground floor is a space called the lounge.

The upper level is divided into six rooms and is accessed by a spiral staircase. On the northern wall is the Groom's Room (A). Next door is the Heintzman Room (B). Along the western wall is the Portico (C) and Loyalist Room (D). At the southern end of the house is the Bride's Room (E). Finally along the eastern wall is the Thornhill Room (F).

The lower level has two spaces. At the base of the stairs is a space that can hold two vendors. This opens up to the basement room with space for up to six vendors. New flooring has been installed on the lower level, as seen in the photos below.

There is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor as well as bathrooms on the upper level. Each space includes electrical outlets. Rooms on the main floor and upper floor also have large windows. The lower level is accessed by a narrow staircase; there is no bathroom on this level.

Photos provide examples of the space. Existing furniture is removed for the Craft Show.

Terms: It is understood that rental fees include tables and chairs only. Shelving/racks, power bars and extension cords must be provided by vendor and must be pre-approved by Heintzman House.
