    Thank you for your interest in the "If the Shoe Fits, Wear It" Women's Enrichment Retreat 2026! Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

    Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are non-refundable and nontransferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded for any reason except in the event that the entire retreat is canceled by the organizer.


    Vendor Registration: All vendor registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event that the entire retreat is canceled by the organizer.

    Room Booking: Rooms must be booked in the Room Block.Please book Rooms Immediately through the Marriott/Gaylord Texas  Booking link to secure your Room for the Event.Please contact Gaylord Texas for deposits and cancellation policy of room.

    Mandatory for Host,Co-Host,Guest Speaker, Keynote Speaker,Speakers,Instructors to book a room at the event location and be availiable for the entire duration of the Retreat.Speakers can share Room with another Non-Speaker/Instructor.

    Self Parking Daily Parking at Gaylord Texas Resort $25.00 per day plus 8.25 %Tax

    GAYLORD RESORT FEE
    The prevailing daily resort fee at the time of arrival, currently $28.00 per night, will be added to the guest room rate.

    This fee will cover several in-room amenities which at the time of check-in will include:
    • Enhanced high-speed internet access in guest rooms
    • Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a Shared Network
    • Daily bottled water in guest room (2)
    • Daily Fitness Class with professional instructor
    • Daily Dry Cleaning Credit of $10 per room
    •Daily 2hr Bike Rental for two people

    •Use of Cowboy Golf Course Practice Facility for two with unlimited range balls for driving range, chipping & putting
    • Access to the Grapevine Shuttle Service, based on availability
    • $10 off any spa 50+ minute service
    The above resort fee is subject to applicable tax which is currently thirteen percent (13%) and is subject to change

  • AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

    I hereby agree to the following:


    As I participate in activities offered by the hosts and special guests, I understand that the offerings of this retreat are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

    I will receive fitness related information and instruction. I recognize that all exercise programs require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards.


    If at any time during the activities I feel discomfort or pain, I will inform and seek assistance from the teacher.


    I may rest at any time during the class and over the weekend. I will listen to my body and respect its limits on any given day.


    I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activity program. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in fitness classes or workshops.


    I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class.


    I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, are liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from my participation in this reatreat.


    I understand that the cost for the retreat  ticket is final with no refunds. Cancellation fees will apply due to associated costs such as the catering service, accomodations, special guests, swag etc. I agree that all cancellations made less than three weeks in advance of the retreat be paid in full and that I may transfer my spot to another person.

     

    Exclusion of Participation: In the unfortunate circumstance, if a guest conceals physical and/or health issues, is unfit, and/or causes disruptions that endanger the provision of the service and/or the health of other participants,facilitators, or equipment the guest can be excluded from the participation of the Retreat after an initial warning. If the situation arises, the contract will be terminated without further notice, already paid costs are non-refundable and incurring costs are to be paid by the guest.


    I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand it’s contents as well as the Refund/Cancellation Policies. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
