Kick off the weekend with us at Golden Valley Brewery and Restaurant, right next to the venue! Join us for a fun and relaxed group dinner before the excitement begins. This is optional and on your own cost. 📍 1520 NW Bethany Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97006
🍿 SATURDAY NIGHT MOVIE NIGHT — June 27, 8 PM (Optional)
Finish off your Saturday with an optional social gathering at Aim High Martial arts. We'll be projecting a family-friendly action movie onto a "big screen" (think indoor drive-in movie). Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket and stretch out on the mat to relax and enjoy, or hang out on the other side of the studio to chat with the friends you haven't seen since the last WTSDA event! There is no cost to this gathering and it is fully optional.
🌿 SUNDAY MORNING — Portland Japanese Garden
On Sunday morning, we will be visiting the Japanese Gardens—a breathtaking way to close out the weekend together! Must register by June 18, 2026 to participate. This part of the event is not sanctioned. Additional tickets for family members are available for purchase in the form below.

👘 WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your full uniform with white pants. If you already have Dan Camp pants, you are welcome to bring those as well, but white pants are required. Please also bring all of your weapons if your mode of transportation allows it.
🍎 FOOD
Meals are on your own, but we will have snacks available throughout the day to keep you energized! Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the form below. We'll share a list of restaurants in the area.
