• Nominations for the Jo Stewart-Rattray SheLeadsTech Award

  • Jo Stewart-Rattray ‘SheLeadsTech' Award recognises outstanding leadership and commitment in increasing the representation of women in technology leadership roles and the tech workforce. The award, presented each year, is dedicated to Jo Stewart-Rattray, who is a strong advocate for, and sponsor of, Women in Technology. Jo has made significant contribution and is a worthy ambassador and role model.


    The inaugural award was presented at Oceania CACS Conference in Melbourne in September 2018. Ongoing, the award will be presented at the Oceania Region Showcase Conference designated by the Oceania Strategic Advisory Council (SAC).

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Nominees must be current members in good standing and have renewed their membership at the time of nomination.
    • Self-nominations are prohibited.
    • No posthumous awards.
    • Any individual involved in judging or selection is ineligible to nominate or be nominated.

    Award nominees must demonstrate exceptional leadership and commitment in solving the representation of women in technology leadership roles and the tech work force within their chapters locally or regionally. If a nomination is incomplete or unclear, the Sub-Committee may seek further information from the nominator before proceeding with assessment.


    Attributes may include:

    • Raising Awareness: Working to educate employees, allies, and engaged professionals to overcome unconscious bias.
    • Preparing to Lead: Preparing current and upcoming female leaders for the digital future.
    • Building Alliances: Through strategic partnerships, amplifying our impact beyond the ISACA network; and supporting chapters as they tackle the unique challenges in their region.
    • Advocacy & Engagement: With relevant bodies on behalf of our female constituency.

    • Nominations must be received by midnight, Tuesday 30 June 2026.
    • Nominations must be made using this form, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the Awards Sub-committee.
