MEDIA RELEASE FORM
The participant hereby grants permission to Beatbox QLD to use his/her/their name, likeness, voice, and any other identifiable information, including but not limited to photographs and videos related to a performance provided in connection with this contract, in any and all media formats, including but not limited to print, broadcast, and online media (Participant IP) for the purposes of promoting Beatbox QLD or its products/services.
The Participant hereby confirms that he/she/they understands that my information may be used in advertisements, promotional materials, and any other form of media deemed appropriate by Beatbox QLD and waives any right to inspect or approve the final product that may include his/her/their information before it is distributed and also waives any right to enforce his/her/their moral rights in relation to such Participant IP.
The Participant acknowledges that he/she/they is not entitled to any compensation for the use of Participant IP. The Participant releases Beatbox QLD, its employees, agents or contractors from any liability or claims that may arise from the use of the Participant IP. The Participant agrees that Beatbox QLD will own the content and the contractor will require permission to use it outside of Beatbox QLD.
In the event that any Participant IP accumulates significant monetary value, 10% revenue would be allocated to the Participant. The percentage would be agreed by the Participant and Beatbox QLD and written in a contract
This media release is a legal binding agreement between the Participant and Beatbox QLD.
If participant is under 18 years old, permission has been granted by their legal guardian.
Additionally you agree to waive all liability and indemnify Beatbox QLD for any injuiries, loss or damages during the event.
