  • Requirements for Non-Norwegian Passport Holders:

    Since you are applying with a non-Norwegian passport, the embassy requires proof of legal residence in Norway. Please upload ONE of the following:

    1. Residence Certificate (Bostedsattest) from Skatteetaten:

    . Must be in English or Norwegian, issued within the last 3 months.
    . Must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and registered address.

    2. Residence Card (Oppholdskort) for non-EU/EEA citizens:
