Thank you for your interest in being part of the Rooted in Wellness Festival Vendor Village 🌿

We are currently looking for 10 unique vendors whose offerings align with the spirit of the festival and help create a meaningful, heart-centered experience for attendees. This may include wellness products, holistic services, handmade goods, healing offerings, self-care items, spiritual tools, conscious lifestyle brands, or businesses that complement the wellness community.

✨ Vendor Fee: $144 CAD
Your vendor fee includes access to the full festival experience, including workshops, music, ecstatic dance, community spaces, and more.

Vendors are welcome to enjoy the festival throughout the day and may leave their booth periodically to attend workshops or explore the event. We simply ask that booths remain as attended as possible, as the Vendor Village is part of the overall festival experience for guests.

Requirements:
• Vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent and table
• Vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM at the latest
• Festival hours are 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Vendor spaces are intentionally limited to maintain a curated, spacious, and aligned festival atmosphere.
