Friday-Sunday, July 17-19, 2026 in the Crossroads at the southeast corner of the intersection of Crossroads Pkwy. and Bass Pro Blvd. across the street from Murphy Tractor.
Ambassadors will receive a T-shirt commemorating the event and free parking. Plus, the satisfaction that you are the welcoming face of this community! (Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.)
For each shift that you work you will receive one entry into a drawing for a Hot Air Balloon ride during the event. (This activity is weather permitting, cannot be rescheduled and has no cash value.)
You must be able to attend the Volunteer Meeting and Pizza party on Thursday, July 16th at 6 PM. Location to be announced. Register by June 15th to guarantee a t-shirt in your size.

ONLY SIGN UP FOR THE EXACT SHIFTS THAT YOU CAN WORK. YOUR REGISTRATION IS A COMMITMENT TO BE AT THE EVENT AND VOLUNTEER DURING THE TIME PERIOD(S) YOU SIGN UP FOR. IF YOU SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE SHIFT, MAKE SURE THAT THE SHIFTS DO NOT OVERLAP AND THAT YOU HAVE TIME TO GET TO YOUR NEXT ASSIGNMENT.
