[IC 2027] US & Canada External Staffing Application

Every February, BBYO recruits a talented team of alumni, parents, college students (at least one year removed from high school), Jewish professionals, and friends of BBYO to join our International Convention staff team and enrich the overall experience of IC for thousands of teens from around the world. We can’t do it without dedicated, dynamic, and enthusiastic role models like you.

This application is for volunteers who live in North America who wish to stay onsite and fully staff IC 2027 in Baltimore, MD, from February 9, 2027, to February 15, 2027. This is not a paid position; however, your travel costs, rooming, and meals on-site will be covered under BBYO’s staff travel guidelines.

If you are based outside of North America, and are interested in staffing IC, please contact ICstaff@bbyo.org. If you are a BBYO professional (FT/PT/intern/JCC – anywhere in the world), please do not apply on this form. We’ll confirm your attendance at IC 2027 internally.

If selected to staff at International Convention 2027, you will be required to complete a background check and all BBYO compliance requirements in addition to a registration for IC staff by the given deadlines.

All references must currently work for BBYO full-time or manage BBYO through a partner agency (i.e. a JCC) and have a BBYO email address.
