Friday, August 28th at 7:45 pm (check-in time 7:30 pm)
Check-in will be in the grassy area to the left of the stage at the end of the building. A table will be set up with a volunteer there to check you in.
Entry fee is $15
Rules:
Any dog or pet is welcome to compete in our 2026 Pupcake & Friends Pageant. Your pet may wear clothing or a costume (optional). Food or cupcake theme encouraged!
Pets that walk on a leash will do a circular walk and may perform a trick (optional) in front of the judges, maximum time is 2 min.
Other pets will be carried by the owners if they can not be walked on a leash.
Your dog or pet must remain leashed or secured at all times.
You must bring baggies and clean up any surprises your furbaby leaves to ensure our ability to continue our Pupcake Pageant & Friends Pageant an annual event.

I understand that the $15 fee is non-refundable. I give my permission for my pet’s photograph to be used for festival/pageant/promotional purposes and may be published on social media, newspapers, etc. I will not hold the venue, WV Cupcake Festival event, pageant, director, or any staff or volunteers responsible for accidents, injury or lost or stolen items. I understand that this is a family event and that no poor behavior or unsportsmanlike conduct will be tolerated.
By signing this form, I am certifying that my pet’s vaccinations/shots are up to date and that my pet has no known history of aggressive behavior of any kind.
By signing this form, I fully understand that if my pet causes any injury to any person or animal that I am personally responsible for damages. The venue and festival are not responsible for injury caused by my pet or to my pet or myself.
