    WARNING: Making false statements in the following questions will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid.
  • Do you have good cycling experience?*

  •  If you do not have proven riding experience, you will not be able to rent. For your safety, we have decided to deny rental to those who do not have sufficient experience. We care about your vacation. As renters, we made this decision based on years of experience and unfortunately accidents.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The first rental day ends on the evening of the same day as pick-up. You can return the vehicle at any time, even after the office closes.

    Upon pick-up, starting at 10:00 a.m., you will be asked to pay a €200 security deposit by credit card. Therefore, please bring a valid credit or debit card and a valid ID.

    You will take a short driving test.

    On the day of pick-up, we will provide you with all the other information you need for your adventure.

    You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two weeks before the bike is due to be picked up, or on the day of pick-up in the event of inclement weather (rain). We reserve the right to cancel the reservation for other reasons.

    If you do not demonstrate sufficient riding ability to demonstrate sufficient safety or do not have the required documents, the rental will be canceled and you will forfeit your payment.
