Please complete this form to submit a bid to host a 2027 STX Championship meet. Bids will be awarded by a vote of the House of Delegates on October 4, 2026. If you are bidding for more than one meet, please fill out the form once for each meet. By submitting this application, you are affirming that you have the authority to submit this bid, that the facility is available on the specified date(s), and you have secured a preliminary commitment of the individuals listed on this application to be at the meet.

By STX rule, a meet host may charge for printed heatsheets, but MUST publish heatsheets on a designated website and push to Meet Mobile for free.
Additional Requirements
I understand that the meet host is required to pick up all awards prior to the meet and to count and return all awards within 14 days of the last day of the meet to the Senior Vice Chair or designee. If the meet host does not return any remaining awards to STX, the meet host will be charged accordingly.
I understand that the meet host will be responsible for distributing the correct number of bag tags to each club on the first day of the meet.
I understand that the meet host may not increase the fees reported in this bid after approved by the HOD and that all meet documents (warmup schedule, psych sheet, heatsheets, etc) must be published to a public site.
I understand that the Championship Meet Committee or designee will prepare and send the meet information to the meet host. The meet host will have 7 days after receipt of the meet information to provide any additional information and to return the meet information for sanctioning. A fine of $50 per day will be assessed starting on the 8th day.
I understand that the Championship Meet Committee or designee will prepare and send the meet database to the meet host and that the meet host must use this copy of the database for the meet.
