United Teachers of Dade is preparing for upcoming collective bargaining negotiations with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. This survey is intended to gather direct bargaining unit member input regarding priorities, workplace conditions, employee morale, contract proposals, and interest in serving as part of UTD’s bargaining and organizing efforts. Your responses will help shape our UTD Bargaining Team/Contract Action Team priorities, advocacy efforts, organizing strategies, and future contract negotiations.
