INFORMATION AND RULES
- You may enter only one type of cupcake per category.
- No multiple entries per category.
- You may enter more than one category, but each entry must be a different cupcake.
- $10 Entry Fee per category entered.
- Deadline to submit registration form and fee is Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
- Festival cupcake vendors are excluded from the best tasting competitions and will be competing in a best tasting competition amongst the vendors only.
- The cost is $10 per category entered and is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is cancelled.
- Everyone must bring 4 cupcakes for the best tasting category (cupcakes must all be the same flavor) and 2 cupcakes (cupcakes must be decorated the same) for the best decorated category.
- Cupcakes must come in a disposable container with a lid with your name on thebottom of the container.
- Mark the bottom of all your cupcakes with your name and category number.
- Check-in will be from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 29, 2026 and will be at the stage inside the Conference Center
- One prize will be given per category.
Categories are:
Best Tasting
Best Decorated
Winners will receive a cash prize.
All judging is final. Judging will begin at 3:30 pm on Saturday, August 29, 2026 with winners announced immediately after judging is complete.
CHECK-IN WILL BE FROM 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM AT THE STAGE LOCATED INSIDE THE CONFERENCE CENTER.
