PRICING FOR ALL ITEMS IS A PER 1000 STITCH COST 3$ / 1000 STITCHES For complex designs with more than 3 color changes, the price increases to 3.50$ per 1000 stitches. Designs with 10 or more colors are 4$ per 1000 stitches. Logo Digitizing 25$ - 75+$ (Depending on Complexity) If your design has never been embroidered in our shop before, it must be converted into a stitch file. We have a one-time digitization fee and your file is saved for future orders.

Names, initials, and simple monograms: $15. Sleeve embroidery: $15+. Large, center, or back embroidery: $35+. Oversized numbers: $20–$30. Backpack, golf bag, or duffel: add $5. Saddle pad or specialty equestrian: add $10.
DTF: First standard placement $12+; second standard placement add $8.
Digitizing: Standard $50; large or highly complex $75+.
Customer-supplied goods: $5 per item, with a $15 minimum handling fee. A signed and dated Customer-Supplied Goods Waiver is required; production WILL NOT begin until it is signed.
Timing: Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after deposit payment and final design approval. Anything needed in fewer than 7 business days is a rush request. Rush fees start at $50, and we accept rush work only when production capacity allows. 24-hour turnaround is not available.
Order terms: A 50% deposit is required before production begins. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Quantity pricing may be available for qualifying identical production runs; no volume discount is automatic.
These prices are starting ranges. Final pricing depends on artwork, stitch count, placement, products, digitizing, and production details. Embroidery removal may leave permanent marks or damage; we will quote and confirm that work separately.

Pricing Logic: All items are priced per 1000 stitches. $3 / 1000 stitches by default; if Number of Color Changes > 3 then $3.50 / 1000 stitches; if Number of Colors >= 10 then $4 / 1000 stitches. A one-time Logo Digitizing fee of $25 - $75 applies if your design has never been embroidered in our shop. The Preliminary Estimate will show a breakdown of stitch cost, digitization fee (if any), and rush fee.

By signing this waiver, I authorize Old Line Stitch to decorate items I provide. I understand that embroidery, hooping, heat application, pressing, and other decoration processes carry an inherent risk of damage. Old Line Stitch cannot control pre-existing defects, unusual materials or construction, or how an item reacts to equipment and heat. I have identified any sentimental, irreplaceable, unavailable, discontinued, or difficult-to-replace items and accept that an exact replacement may not be possible. I accept the $5 per-item handling fee ($15 minimum). Production WILL NOT begin until I sign and date this waiver.
