• SOS 2026 Registration

  • Hosted by the Southern AIDS Coalition (SAC), SOS has grown since 2013 into one of the South’s most impactful convenings dedicated to the health, leadership, and the collective power of Black LGBTQIA+ communities. Each year, we bring together advocates, healthcare leaders, policymakers, funders, researchers, and community organizers who are driving change across the region. 

    Our 2026 theme, Collective Action for Collective Impact, reflects the urgency of working across sectors to achieve monumental progress toward ending new HIV diagnoses in the South, with an emphasis on Black Queer communities.

  • Exhibit Space Details

  • EXHIBIT SPACE FEE: 

    • Corporate/For-Profit Exhibitor: $1500 
    • Federal, State, Local Government Agency Exhibitor $1,000  
    • Small Business/Entrepreneur Exhibitor: $250.00 (independently owned and operated enterprises selling goods or services) 
    • Non-profit 501(c)3 Exhibitor: $400 (with a budget of $1,000,000 or more and requires proof of non-profit status upon registering)
    • Non-profit 501(c)3 Exhibitor: $200 (with a budget of $1,000,000 or less and requires proof of non-profit status upon registering)

    WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EXHIBITOR FEE?

    • One (1) 6ft skirted table and two (2) chairs
    • Two (2) conference registrations at discounted exhibitor rate ($125.00 each) and name badges for exhibitor staff.

    Exhibitor Reservation Deadline: July 31, 2026 
    **Late Exhibit Reservation after July 31, 2026 will incur an additional $100 late fee on top of stated rates.  

    Exhibitor Discounted Registration Fee: $125
     
    Cancellation: Written cancellations postmarked by July 31, 2026, will be honored with a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2026.

  • 1. Late Exhibit Reservation after July 31, 2026 will incur an additional $100 late fee on top of stated rates.

    2. The organizer retains the right to reject any reservation and to refund the booking fee in full without naming any reasons.

    3. As exhibitors we agree to pay the total cost shown above. We hereby declare that we have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the participation details outlined above and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Saving Ourselves Symposium and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue as a condition of allotment of space. We hereby sign and agree to be bound by them. 

    4. Cancellation: Written cancellations postmarked or dated and sent to accounting@southernaidscoalition.org by July 31, 2026, will be honored with a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2026.
