    Rio Hondo College and the Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS) Department

    Proudly announces a 5K Run, Walk, and Roll.

    On Saturday, August 1st from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and located at the Rio Hondo College Track and Soccer Field. There will be free parking in Lot 4.

    Join the Rio Hondo College DSPS Department and DSPS Student Council Club for a fun community event to celebrate ability in motion.

    This event is a great opportunity to connect with our students, share information
    about your organization’s valuable services, and build relationships with Rio Hondo College and the surrounding community. We would love to have your organization participate and engage with our student population, the local community, and beyond.

    • Date: Saturday, August 1, 2026
    • Time: 7:00 am - 10:00 am
    • Location: Rio Hondo College, 3600 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601, at the track and soccer field.

     *Participants will spend time walking and visiting the disability resource fair and will learn about the many community resources available in the Community.
