Professional Service Fee:
I understand that a non refundable professional service fee is required and collected prior to research to begin travel planning process.
$20 non-refundable professional service fee for domestic travel, a $30 non-refundable professional service fee for cruise planning travel, a $40 non-refundable professional service fee for international traveling planning per person.
(Ex. 2 travelers for domestic travel=$40, 2 travelers for cruise travel=$60, 2 travelers for international travel=$80)
*For families traveling with children between the ages of 0-14 do not include them in the research fee per person*
Scope of Services
I acknowledge that this fee covers professional services including, but not limited to:
-Personalized research and destination recommendations
-Customized travel options and itinerary planning
-Review of pricing, availability, and supplier options
-Guidance on travel requirements, policies, and updates
-Ongoing support before, during, and after travel
I understand that significant time and expertise are dedicated to ensuring my trip is seamless, well-planned, and tailored to my needs.
Non-Refundable Policy
I understand that the service fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether I choose to move forward with booking.
Group Travel
I understand that for larger or more complex group travel (including destination weddings), service fees may vary and will be discussed during my consultation call.

I understand that a consultation call is required to begin planning and must be scheduled here:

Planning services will begin once the consultation is completed and the service fee has been received.
Payment Authorization Option
