Please complete this form to request a pool party reservation. Payment must be received in full prior to confirmation of your reservation. Pool reservations are from 8-10 PM. The fee is $250 for up to 50 attendees (including adult chaperones). Additional attendees cost $3 each.

How many attendees do you expect at your party?
Lifeguards are scheduled based on # of attendees. You must call the pool manager in advance if your attendee count increases so that we can be adequately staffed.
By submitting this request for a pool party at the Tuscola (IL) Ervin Park Pool, you agree to these terms:

1.    Party may enter the building no more than 10 minutes prior to the party to set up.

2.  No one enters the pool until lifeguards are in position and the manager gives the ok.

3.   All food and drinks must stay in concession stand area. (Coolers are subject to search by manager.)

4. No alcohol allowed, no grills allowed, no glass of any kind allowed on the premises.

5.    The party will be whistled out of the pool with 5 minutes remaining on the second hour.

5.    The entire party is expected to clear the pool building within 10 minutes after being whistled out.

6.    Cancellation for any reason except bad weather must be done 7 days in advance. No refunds will be given if not cancelled timely.

7.  The normal pool patron rules apply at all times.
