Thank you for volunteering to help lead our Heavenly Heroes Summer Camp! You will work hard but you'll also make friends and have a blast!
The camp runs from Monday-Friday, July 13-17. Arrival time is 7:30AM each morning for prayer and preparation for camper arrival at 8AM. Volunteers should plan to stay until 1:00PM for clean-up and reset Monday-Thursday. On Friday, we will have a celebration after clean-up until about 3:00.
Availability for all five days STRONGLY encouraged. We know teens are busy in the summer, but for continuity and camper experience,
we ask that only teens who can commit at least 3 days for the camp apply. If you only have 1 or 2 days that you can help, please contact Sarah Lewis at
slewis@saint-max.org to volunteer as teen help for Kamp Kolbe for our preschoolers or use this
link to sign up.
Mandatory Set-up and prep Meeting on Sunday, July 12 from 7-9PM.
Optional dinner and decorating beforehand from 5-7PM.
Registration Deadline: June 22
A liability form for the 2026-27 program year is needed for all youth participating and volunteering in grades 1-12 (including newly graduated seniors). Volunteer applications will be considered complete when BOTH the Medical Release AND Registration Forms are received.

Please complete one for each youth and either email (cgroh@saint-max.org) or drop off at the office. A link for this form will also be available after you submit your registration.
Please note: youth and a parent/gaurdian will be added to the Heavenly Heroes Flocknote distribution list for communications. If you have questions, please email Jo Zink (jzink@saint-max.org).
All Participants & Volunteers must wear shoes that are safe for running (NO flip-flops)!
Please complete ONE registration form per family for all the High School leader volunteers in the household.
