1. GRANT OF RIGHTS I, the undersigned, hereby grant Amyemma Designs (the "Company") the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to use, publish, and distribute my name, likeness, and image in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to the Company’s Shopify store, social media platforms, and advertising materials.
2. COMPENSATION (PAYMENT) As full and final compensation for the rights granted herein, the Participant shall receive a combination of products and/or digital assets as mutually agreed upon prior to the session. This may include, at the Owner's sole discretion:
-Physical Product: Between zero (0) and multiple Amyemma Designs products (e.g., Silk Scarves).
-Digital Assets: A selection of high-resolution edited images or raw content captured during the session for the Participant’s personal portfolio use.
The Participant acknowledges that the specific quantity and type of compensation will be finalized in writing (via email or addendum) before the session begins. The Participant further acknowledges that they will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or residuals for the use of the images or content in perpetuity.
3. OWNERSHIP & EDITING I understand that Amyemma Designs owns the copyright to all images and video captured. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the specific use to which it may be applied.
4. TERRITORY & DURATION This agreement is valid worldwide and shall remain in effect in perpetuity (forever).
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY I hereby release and discharge Amyemma Designs from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs/video, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
