  • 2026 NEIBA Fall Conference Exhibitor Form

    This form is due Wednesday, July 1 at 5 PM ET.
  • NEIBA's annual Fall Conference — our largest event — will be held September 15-17 at the Boston Newton Marriott Hotel.  This event attracts booksellers from the six states of New England, as well as parts of New York, and exhibitors from coast to coast. Attendees travel from across the region to meet authors, collaborate with publishing partners, seek out new vendors, attend education sessions, and socialize with their peers. 

    Exhibit day is Wednesday, September 16th.

  • Booth Information

  • NEIBA offers multiple types of booths to suit exhibitors' needs: corner booths, wall booths (with placement along the side walls and back wall), and table booths. Corner and wall booths are exclusive to NEIBA members. Table booths are available to all. To view a map of our show floor layout, click here.

    Please note: If you reserve a corner or wall booth, you will have the ability to hang your own signage or bring free-standing signage that is flush against the wall. Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing additional furniture or non-table top displays, as these items can block aisles/fire exits.

     

    A Corner Booth (4 available • $5,500) includes:
    4 draped tables (each 6’ x 2’)
    2 28” x 44” printed sign to hang from pipe and drape or you may bring your own signs to hang/stand, so long as they are flush against the wall
    2 30” cocktail tables
    4 padded side chairs
    1 wastebasket
    Up to 10 complimentary exhibitor badges (author badges are separate)
     

    SOLD OUT A Back Wall Booth (1 available • $5,000) includes:

    4 draped tables (each 6’ x 2’)
    2 28” x 44” printed sign to hang from pipe and drape or you may bring your own signs to hang/stand, so long as they are flush against the wall
    1 wastebasket

    SOLD OUT A Side Wall Booth (1 available • $4,000) includes: 
    3 draped tables (each 6’ x 2’)
    2 28” x 44” printed signs or the ability to bring/hang your own signage

    A Front Wall Booth (1 available • $4,000) includes: 

    2 draped tables (each 6’ x 2’)
    2 28” x 44” printed signs or the ability to bring/hang your own signage
    4 folding chairs
    1 wastebasket
    Up to 4 complimentary exhibitor badges (author badges are separate)
     

    A Table Booth (40 available • $750 for the first table; $600 for additional tables; $600 per table for 1st time exhibitors) includes:

    1 draped table (each 6’ x 2’) 
    2 folding chairs 
    1 wastebasket
    1 22” x 28” printed sign to hang from the front of your table
    Up to 2 complimentary exhibitor badges (author badges are separate)
