  • Before you submit, please confirm:

    • You are the original purchaser (warranty is non-transferable)
    • Brake pads were properly bed-in per Doc's Diesel installation instructions
    • Brake components were installed to OEM torque spec with a torque wrench (no impact-tool-only installs)
    • Vehicle is not used for track, motorsport, or commercial hauling beyond GVWR
    • Rotors have not been machined, turned, or resurfaced
    • Failure occurred within 3 years OR 36,000 miles from date of installation

  • Have the brake components been disassembled, modified, or altered in any way?*
  • Were the brakes installed by a professional technician or shop?*
  • Were all brake fasteners torqued to OEM specification using a torque wrench?*
  • Has the vehicle been in an accident or impact event affecting the brake system?*
  • Has the vehicle been used on a track or in any motorsport/racing activity?*
  • Has the rotor been machined, turned, or resurfaced?*
  • Were brake friction surfaces exposed to oil, grease, brake fluid, or chemical contaminants?*
  • Were calipers, brake lines, and hardware inspected at time of installation?*
  • Has the brake system experienced an overheating event (smoking, glazing, blue/purple discoloration, or pedal fade)?*
  • Is the vehicle running OEM-spec brake fluid that has been flushed within the manufacturer's recommended interval?*

  • Were related components (calipers, wheel bearings, brake hardware) replaced at the same time?*
  • At time of installation, were any worn or damaged caliper, brake line, or hardware components left in service rather than replaced?*

    Our 3-Year/36,000-Mile Limited Warranty does not cover failures caused by improper bed-in, track or motorsport use, towing/hauling beyond GVWR, accidents, improper installation or torque, rotor resurfacing or machining, modification of components, brake-surface contamination, or use beyond the 36,000-mile coverage limit — among other conditions listed in our full warranty terms.
