2026 NIGHT MARKET APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in the Callingwood Night Market! This year, the Night Market will run on Friday, July 10 from 5:00-10:00pm in the parking lot beside the TD Canada Trust at 6655-178 Street. This market is completely outdoors, so you must have a tent and weights (25lb per leg) to take part. The Market Manager will contact you directly once your application has gone through the review process.

Unfortunately, we will not have access to power in the parking lot, however vendors are welcome to use a quiet generator, if needed. Will you be using a generator?
The cost to be a vendor in the Night Market is $45.00+gst for a 10x10' stall and $65.00+gst for a concession stall. How many stalls would you like to reserve at the Night Market?

* Once your application is approved, you will receive an invoice by email with full payment instructions.
If you are accepted as a vendor, you will be asked to submit a copy of your liability insurance. If you don't currently have liability insurance, you will be required to purchase a one-day policy which is typically less than $20 (we are happy to suggest a provider).
All vendors are required to read the following regulations, and sign below to indicate the understanding, acceptance and agreement to cooperate with these regulations. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of a vendor's participation in the market.
