    Follow instructions below to complete your online image submissions. For the catalog and subsequent publicity, professional quality, high resolution images are essential. RENAME YOUR FILES BEFORE YOU UPLOAD.

    IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS – only digital images can be submitted.

    • High Quality JPEG , 300 dpi, minimum 4" on long side
    • File naming: name files lastname-firstname1.jpg and lastname-firstname2 
    • Images must be well lit, unframed, and with accurate color
    • New Artists must submit 6 images

     Image #1 will be your catalog image!

    Returning Artist submit a minimum of 3 images

    Returning Artist applying with second medium: 3 images of current meduim, 6 of new medium

    New Artist submit a minimum of 6 images
