  • ENTRY FORM

    Please complete a separate form for each exhibitor.

    For rules and full details of each class, refer to the schedule which can be viewed or downloaded here: www.breamgardeners.net/bream-summer-show.

    The deadline for submission of entry forms is 6pm on Thursday 13th August 2026. Exhibits must be staged on Show Day, Saturday 15th August, from 8.00am - 10.15am and remain on display until 5:00pm. The show opens at 2:00pm. 

    Upon completion of this form, you will receive email confirmation of your entries and fees owed.

  • Personal details

    You must complete a separate form for each exhibitor. If you are entering on behalf of an under-15 exhibitor, you must complete a separate form for them (please do not add them to your form).
