Responsibilities
Mentor the leadership team
Provide strategic guidance and advising
Serve as a networking and referral partner
Assist with fundraising efforts and financial fiduciary responsibilities
Results
Share life, faith, and professional experience to support leadership development
Assist in defining where the chapter is today, where it needs to go, and how it will achieve its goals
Provide referrals for potential board members, donors, sponsors, speakers, and mentors
Assist in setting and achieving annual fundraising goals
Vote on expenses exceeding $500
Communication Cadence
General communication via email, text, and phone calls
One quarterly virtual board meeting (approximately 2 hours)
Optional attendance at monthly chapter events

YCP Austin is a networking group for 22- to 39-year-olds in the Diocese of Austin with the goal of building relationships, growing closer to God, and developing as servant leaders so we can better serve our families, parishes, and professions.
